Cancellation Policy

PREPARED SPACES SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT ARTICLE I. SCHEDULING AND FINANCIAL TERMS 1. Booking, Cancellation, and Termination: Canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to specific fees based on the type of appointment. Virtual consultations incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. In-person consultations carry a $100.00 cancellation fee. Service appointments have a $150.00 cancellation fee. There is no penalty fee to reschedule your appointment time, though standard rates for the actual services and consultations still apply. Virtual consultations are complimentary for the first hour, with potential charges for extended time depending on the scope of the project. In-person consultations and service appointments are billed at their respective rates based on location, duration, and specific project requirements. For recurring plans, either party may terminate this agreement with a 14-day written notice, and failure to provide notice results in a fee equal to one standard session. By booking, you authorize Prepared Spaces (a division of The Prepared Press LLC) to automatically charge these cancellation and termination fees to the primary payment method on file or an alternative payment method provided. 2. Quotes, Invoices, and Materials: Quote estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days and are based on service completion rather than an hourly duration. Prepared Spaces reserves the right to adjust the final invoice if the scope changes, extra labor is needed, or property conditions were misrepresented. If extra supplies like bins or decor are required, a sourcing fee will be added, and the total cost must be paid in full to Prepared Spaces prior to purchase. The Client retains ownership of all specified purchased materials once the final invoice has been paid in full. 3. Payment Authorization: The Client authorizes card-on-file charges for all services as either a primary or backup payment method. Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, cash, check, or physical card options are also accepted and are considered non-refundable payments to the business entity. Payment is due no later than the professional's departure from the worksite, and unpaid balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest after 48 hours. 4. No-Refund Policy: All fees for service(s) provided by Prepared Spaces are strictly non-refundable.
